Designing a bespoke custom-made wig to match a person’s specifications requires lots of love, attention to detail and a much longer processing time than our ready to ship wigs. However, we appreciate how essential a custom service is for everyone, especially for those with a medical hair loss condition and want a wig to perfectly match their bio hair!
You may find yourself here because you have fallen in love with one of our previous ready to ship/wig designs posted on our socials and would like one just like that designed for you! Whatever cap construction, length, density and style you want, we can customise it for you!
It doesn't matter if you change your mind during our video call and book your appointment! We will guide you during the call for ease of mind. Our Virtual Consultations are completely free and super casual. It's a great way to talk through all your hair-wearing questions, even if you're not quite ready to make an order just yet!
To make sure you get the BEST virtual chat experience we recommend setting yourself up in a quiet space so we can focus all our attention on you!
PLEASE NOTE: We only have a 10-minute window to wait for people to join. Any later, the meeting will stop. This is because the meeting is time sensitive and we do not want to rush your time with us as we will need a detailed talk regarding your custom specifications and needs.
All of our wigs come with bleached knots to create the illusion of the hair growing out of your scalp. All made from 100% raw human hair.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please ensure you are 100% happy with your chosen custom piece. Upon receipt of the final amount paid, you adhere to our terms and conditions policy that states, all custom orders are non-refundable. Your payment is your agreement of these terms and conditions. Please note that the colour of your unit may vary. Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each unit, phones, computer screens and lighting cannot be relied upon to accurately represent colours. All human hair wigs are bespoke and painted by hand therefore no two units will be the same. Depending on your chosen selection, we aim to dispatched all custom wigs within 12-20 weeks. Some materials are subject to availability. We only use raw materials grown from a human scalp. This can result in a shortage of donors.
